(Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) Hospitality Development/Real Estate
Strategic advice in all phases of the life cycle of a hotel property — this is what Zarges from Freyberg Hotel Consulting offers. We are now looking for reinforcements for our team based in Munich.
Your tasks:
- Advice in the areas of development, transaction and operator requests for accommodation properties
- Negotiation of operator contracts
- Analysis, optimization and development of hotel concepts
- Preparation of hotel market and feasibility studies as well as profitability calculations for hotel projects
- Support in acquiring projects
- Representing Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting at trade fairs, conferences and the like
- Support in strategic corporate development
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, real estate management, tourism/hotel management or in a comparable course of study (ideally with a focus on hospitality management or real estate management)
- Profound professional experience in hotel/tourism consulting or in real estate/transaction consulting
- Interest in developing new subject areas and business areas
- Mobility and willingness to travel
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Enjoyment of formulating and writing texts
- Quick comprehension and the ability to think analytically and interlinked
- Commitment, team spirit, independence and quality awareness
