New edition of “Hospitality Development” was published in May

We are pleased that the third, revised edition of “Hospitality Development — Plan and Implement Hotel Projects Successfully”, published by Prof. Dr. Burkhard von Freyberg, has now been published.

The 3rd edition of this standard work on hotel project development was expanded to include chapters on the “Role of Lawyers and (Interior) Designers” and the “Conversion of Real Estate into Accommodation Establishments.” Consultants Stephanie Zarges-Vogel and Dennis Imhof from Zarges from Freyberg Hotel Consulting provide an exciting insight into current national and international project business.
