Hotel Real Estate Working Group in Zurich

The Hotel Real Estate Working Group is an independent, cross-professional association of around 300 players in German-speaking countries who deal with hotel real estate from different perspectives. These include project developers, architects, designers, specialist planners and consultants.

This year, the working group took place at Kameha Grand in Zurich on November 21 and 22, with Zarges from Freyberg Hotel Consulting also represented. Among other things, trends in the hotel industry in the DACH region, sustainability, design and digitalization were examined in more detail. Another central part of the discussions was the topic “Service apartments — competition or addition to the classic hotel industry? ”.
