FIT - Innovation Transformation Forum

The F.I.T. — “Forum. Innovation. Transformation.” by Kreissparkasse Miesbach-Tegernsee is an innovation conference “in the region — for the region”, which took place this year on 07.11.2019 at the premises of Dinzler Otto am Irschenberg.

Local companies, start-ups, decision makers and business representatives met here to exchange and discuss topics and challenges relating to the future of the region. This year's panels, workshops and stands focused on the four topics “Companies of the Future,” “Talents for the Region,” “Digitalization as an Opportunity,” and “Smart Valley — The Region in Transition.”

We from Zarges from Freyberg Hotel Consulting took part in the forum as speakers and sponsors. Stephanie Zarges-Vogel discussed the topic of “Future Tourism” with hoteliers and tourism experts as part of the panel. The topics included “employees”, changing framework conditions for private hotels and new developments in the region.
