Stephanie Zarges-Vogel
Stephanie Zarges-Vogel is a managing partner of Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting. Her profile is characterised by well-founded operational know-how from the family-owned hotel in Zürs am Arlberg as well as her many years of experience in strategic hotel consulting. Her areas of expertise include the development of positioning strategies and concepts, feasibility studies and operator searches.
Prof. Dr. Burkhard von Freyberg
Burkhard von Freyberg is managing partner of Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting together with Stephanie Zarges-Vogel. He is particularly distinguished by his scientific work, which he passes on to the industry through his professorship at the Faculty of Tourism at Munich University of Applied Sciences as well as in numerous publications and books.
Our team
Dennis Imhof works as a Senior Consultant for Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting. In addition to his operative expertise resulting from two family-owned hotels and his training in gastronomy, he has excellent management knowledge, especially in the area of Controlling.
Anja Bödinger works as a Consultant Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting as a working student. During her dual studies in Business Administration with focus on hotel and tourism management, she acquired her strategic knowledge, which she deepend as part of her master’s degree in Hospitality Management.
Nele Pinno supports Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting as a research analyst. She was able to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical experience through her apprenticeship as a hotel specialist at the Hotel Louis C. Jacob in Hamburg. She is now extending this knowledge through her current studies in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.

During her training as a Tourism Management Assistant at FTI Touristik GmbH and her subsequent job as Junior Product Manager she gained relevant practical experience in various branches of tourism.
Vera Choron supports Zarges von Freyberg Hotel Consulting as a Team Assistant. She acquired strategic knowledge during her studies of Tourism Management, and an internship in an international hotel provided her with the necessary operative background.
